Welcome to BRRIN JEWELRY. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Company Information
BRRIN JEWELRY is a jewelry manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. We provide lab-grown diamond jewelry, custom jewelry, CAD design, stone sourcing, jewelry setting, polishing, quality control, and OEM/ODM manufacturing services.

Quotations and Prices
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including design, material, stone specifications, size, quantity, craftsmanship, and production requirements.
Prices may change if the customer changes the design, material, stone size, stone quality, quantity, or production requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for a limited time because diamond prices, metal prices, labor costs, and shipping costs may change.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after the customer approves the order details and completes the required payment or deposit.
For custom orders, customers must carefully check and confirm all details before production, including design, CAD drawing, size, material, stone specifications, quantity, engraving, logo, and other requirements.
CAD Approval and Customer Responsibility
For custom jewelry orders, CAD drawings, images, or samples may be used for confirmation before production.
Once the customer approves the CAD drawing, sample, or production details, BRRIN JEWELRY will proceed based on the approved information. Changes requested after approval may result in additional cost and extra production time.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be confirmed before order production. For custom, sample, or OEM/ODM orders, a deposit may be required before CAD design, material preparation, stone sourcing, or production.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Changes and Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we will review the request and confirm whether changes or cancellation are possible.
Once CAD design, stone sourcing, material preparation, or production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and related costs may not be refundable.
Custom and OEM/ODM Orders
Most products made by BRRIN JEWELRY are custom-made or made to order. Due to the customized nature of these products, returns and refunds are limited. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more details.
Intellectual Property and Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any design, logo, image, trademark, or reference provided to BRRIN JEWELRY does not infringe the rights of any third party.
BRRIN JEWELRY is not responsible for intellectual property disputes caused by customer-provided designs, logos, trademarks, or reference images.
Product Tolerance
Jewelry manufacturing involves handmade processes. Minor differences in weight, dimensions, color tone, stone arrangement, finishing, or appearance may occur. Reasonable handmade and production tolerance is not considered a product defect.
Shipping and Customs
Shipping time, shipping method, and shipping cost will be confirmed based on the order and destination.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
BRRIN JEWELRY will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, professional manufacturing service, and quality control.
However, BRRIN JEWELRY shall not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, customs delays, shipping delays, or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Our liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
