Refund and Return Policy
BRRIN JEWELRY provides lab-grown diamond jewelry, custom jewelry, and OEM/ODM manufacturing services. Most of our products are made to order based on the customer's design, specifications, materials, stone requirements, CAD approval, or production instructions.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Due to the customized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items once production has started.
This includes but is not limited to:
Custom jewelry
OEM/ODM orders
Personalized designs
Engraved items
Made-to-order rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pendants, and other jewelry
Products made according to approved CAD drawings, samples, images, or customer specifications
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales5@brrin.com.
If production has not started, we may cancel the order and refund the remaining balance after deducting any costs already incurred, such as CAD design, stone sourcing, material preparation, or sample development costs.
Once CAD design, stone sourcing, material preparation, or production has started, the deposit or related costs may not be refundable.
Quality Issues or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if the item is significantly different from the approved order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number or invoice number
Clear photos and videos of the issue
Packaging photos if the package was damaged
A detailed description of the problem
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Repair
Replacement
Remake
Partial refund
Other agreed solution based on the actual situation
Returns Without Approval
Please do not return any product without written approval from BRRIN JEWELRY. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or our mistake, we will provide return instructions. Shipping costs will be handled based on the specific situation and agreed solution.
If the issue is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, change of mind, incorrect size confirmation, approved design changes, or normal handmade tolerance, return shipping and related costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Handmade and Production Tolerance
Jewelry is a handcrafted product. Minor differences in weight, dimensions, stone arrangement, color tone, finishing, or appearance may occur. These are not considered defects if they are within reasonable jewelry manufacturing tolerance.
