BRRIN JEWELRY ships lab-grown diamond jewelry, custom jewelry, and OEM/ODM orders to international customers.

Production Time

Most of our products are made to order. Production time depends on the product type, design complexity, material, stone requirements, quantity, and order schedule.

General production reference:
CAD design: 2–5 business days after design confirmation
Sample order: 10–20 business days after CAD approval and payment confirmation
Small batch order: 15–35 business days after CAD approval and payment confirmation
Complex custom orders or large quantity orders may require additional time

The final production timeline will be confirmed before or after order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We usually ship by international express courier, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable shipping carriers. The shipping method may vary depending on the destination country, order value, package weight, and customer requirements.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package size, package weight, shipping method, and order value. Shipping costs will be confirmed before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. BRRIN JEWELRY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local regulations, or unpaid import charges.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, phone number, company name, street address, city, postal code, and country.

BRRIN JEWELRY is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Inspection

Please inspect the package and products as soon as possible after delivery. If the package is damaged or the product has any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and videos.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, local delivery issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist with the shipping carrier's investigation and provide possible solutions based on the carrier's result and the actual order situation.
